This will take about 1 hour or less to assemble. It is a little aggravating putting the box on top of the frames with the button head screws, but not that big of a deal.
The dimensions of the basket after being assembled are
24" x 16-1/2" x 4" deep.
Perfect for throwing tools or a cooler back there.
